Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run your account and improve the Service:

• Contact info — email address: used to create and secure your account and to provide the app's core functionality. This is linked to your identity.
• Identifier — User ID: an account identifier used for analytics that help us understand usage and improve the app. This is linked to your identity.
• Coarse location — ZIP code: the U.S. ZIP code you enter is used to show in-store stock and drops near you. It is linked to your identity and used only for app functionality — never for tracking or advertising.

2. What we don't collect

We do not store your payment details. Payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple's App Store; we never process or store your card information. We do not collect precise device location (GPS), microphone data, contacts, or photos.

3. How we use it

• To run your account (authentication, subscription gating).
• To show in-store stock and drops near you (from your ZIP code).
• To send you alerts you've opted into.
• To improve the product (usage analytics tied to your User ID).
• To provide customer support when you reach out.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third-party processors to operate the Service, including payments through Apple's App Store, product analytics, and infrastructure hosting.

These processors receive only the data required to perform their function, and we have data-processing agreements in place where applicable.

5. Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently remove your account and personal data, except where limited retention is required by law (e.g., tax records for past payments).

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@neetrack.app. You can also update your email address and ZIP code directly in the app's Settings screen, and you can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app — deleting your account permanently removes your account and its associated data. If you're in a jurisdiction with additional data-subject rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), those rights apply.

7. Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard salted hashing. Traffic between the app and our API is encrypted with TLS. No system is perfectly secure — if we ever detect a breach affecting your account, we'll notify you promptly.

8. Children

Neetrack is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy over time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be surfaced in-app.
