Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Neetrack (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Neetrack is

Neetrack is a monitoring and notification tool for Pokémon TCG restocks and drops. We aggregate publicly available data and community reports and surface them in a feed, calendar, and on-demand stock checker. Neetrack does not sell, resell, or guarantee the purchase of any product from any retailer.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Access to alerts, checkers, and premium feed features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your Apple ID subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of the third-party retailers whose availability we surface. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to circumvent purchase limits, or to interfere with any retailer's systems. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Stock information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Retailer availability can change at any moment. Neetrack is not responsible for missed drops, incorrect stock counts, or your ability to complete a purchase.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neetrack and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app, or by contacting support@neetrack.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
